Academy Schools is comprised of two sections; Children's Academy-serving students Pre-Kindergarten through Fifth Grade; and, The Cummings' School, serves students Grades 6 through 12, as well as High School extension courses.  It is our mission to provide an outstanding education for children.

Academy Schools is first and foremost a school for children. Our focus is teaching each and every individual child through personalized education. Families join our school community because we provide an excellent educational experience in a safe, nurturing, respectful environment. Our school population, as our community has a wonderful international flavor.

Academy Schools is by intention, a small-school. We never have more than 10 students per classroom teacher. Research proves small school environments with low student-to-teacher ratios produce high achievement for students. Academic success, character development, world-wide and community awareness, and respect for self and others are the foundation of our program. Our solid academic program is enhanced by the classes in Visual and Performing Arts, Technology, and Foreign Language.
